SIE, one of Swedish economy system standard organisations

The SIE group is one of the economy system standard organisations in Sweden beside BAS www.bas.se for the Swedish standard bookkeeping account plan (since 30 years) and XBRL Sweden for financial reporting. www.xbrl.se. XBRL is newly establish and a runner up. These three organisations cover the basic standards for bookkeeping, financial reports and authority reporting routines. 

SIE and BAS have 100% implementation coverage in the Swedish bookkeeping, financial report and tax administration SW market. 

• All bookkeeping in Sweden is based on SIE and BAS principles and information interchange. 
• All programs sold in Sweden support SIE and BAS standards from the largest to the smallest system and business, regardless if the manufacturer is Swedish or not. 

These standards are so basic in the business that there are people not aware that their economy administration uses it, as its basic grounds. 

SIE is a branch organisation with 100% market implementation

SIEs members are the economy system manufacturers, distributors, consultants and audits. We like to engage the public administration more and make cheap standard SW solutions more available to them.

This means that the SIE group has very strong paths into the SW producers. SIE is able to make that implementation will take place. It will also make certain that legal and audit demands are supplied. We also like to close differences in private and public administration. 

This is the basic success factor of the SIE group that generated 100% market implementation. This organisational conception makes certain that future work will smoothly be implemented and gains support. 

SIE4, Standard for economy systems data interchange

SIE is established in the early 90ies first to be able to make bookkeeping SW to communicate with financial analyse tools and income tax administration software. Since 1998 the enhanced SIE4 is established that is able to serve: 

• Export of the entire economical year for a company bookkeeping ledger to closing experts, tax advisers and audits
• Import of closing statements and audit amendments to the company’s bookkeeping ledger
• Export to financial analyse and tax administration
• Import of pre-system data from payable and receivable ledgers, salary systems, directly into bookkeeping
• Dumping of a company’s entire bookkeeping to be read into another economy administration SW if SW-change is decided. 
• Object and quantity oriented bookkeeping for analyse

Economy related SW in Sweden support these features and are demanded by the market, if any SW should be sold here. The basic functions like closing consultants, audits, banks and others demand SIE files over email. There is no such service without the SIE files. 

SIE 4, update and upgrade

Since 1998 there are some new basic demand from the market of bookkeeping systems in Sweden and quite some new opportunities. Are working during 2008 to update the documentation and add som features due to the development in the business the last 10 years.
